Ви контролюєте свої дані в Promstat і можете видалити їх у будь-який момент.
1. Відключити інтеграцію (зокрема Instagram)
Налаштування → ФОП → потрібна картка (наприклад «Instagram») → «Відключити». Це негайно видаляє токен доступу та дані цієї інтеграції (повідомлення Direct, коментарі, профіль, токени) з наших серверів. Для Instagram доступ також можна відкликати у самому Instagram: Налаштування та дії → Дозволи для вебсайтів → Додатки та вебсайти.
2. Видалити весь акаунт і всі дані
Надішліть листа з адреси, на яку зареєстровано акаунт, на [email protected] з темою «Видалення акаунту». Ми повністю видалимо ваш акаунт і всі пов'язані дані протягом 30 днів і надішлемо підтвердження.
Запит на видалення даних Instagram / Meta
Якщо ви підключали Instagram і хочете видалити саме ці дані — скористайтесь п.1 (миттєво) або напишіть на [email protected] із темою «Видалення даних Instagram». Ми видалимо всі отримані через Instagram дані та підтвердимо виконання.
Якщо ви відкликали доступ Promstat у налаштуваннях Instagram і надіслали запит на видалення даних, Meta передає його нам автоматично: ми одразу видаляємо токен, дані профілю, всі повідомлення Direct і коментарі цього акаунта і видаємо код підтвердження. Статус запиту можна перевірити за кодом у формі вгорі сторінки.

You control your data in Promstat and can delete it at any time.
1. Disconnect an integration (including Instagram)
Settings → your business → the respective card (for example "Instagram") → "Disconnect". This immediately deletes the access token and the data of this integration (Direct messages, comments, profile, tokens) from our servers. For Instagram, you can also revoke access in Instagram itself: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Delete your whole account and all data
Send an email from the address your account is registered with to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion". We will completely delete your account and all related data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Instagram / Meta data deletion request
If you connected Instagram and want to delete this data specifically — use step 1 (instant) or write to [email protected] with the subject "Instagram data deletion". We will delete all data received via Instagram and confirm completion.
If you removed Promstat in your Instagram settings and submitted a data deletion request, Meta forwards it to us automatically: we immediately delete the access token, profile data, all Direct messages and comments of that account and issue a confirmation code. You can check the request status with this code using the form at the top of this page.
